Just had a wet head and neck shave with a beard trim and shape up. The barber went above and beyond, he understood exactly what I wanted and was very meticulous in delivering it. He also gave me a face wash and head/face massage. I feel like a million dollars!  This is my new barber now, definitely coming back!

I go here all the time to get my hair done and love it here. Don't need to say anything as they always know how I want my hair done. Decent price and friendly service

I have/had quite a long beard and just went in for a quick trim and a tidy-up, and the bloke absolutely butchered my beard. He inexplicably shaved out a chunk of the side on my jawline which meant later I not choice other than to shave the whole thing off. And the bloke didn't even seem to care. I'm so angry. They may well give a decent hair cut, I don't know, but when it comes to beards they are absolutely clueless. Horrible, amateurish - avoid at all costs!

Very friendly staff with great chat, who always produce a great haircut. Easy to get walk-in appointments. Also love the traditional Turkish hair singeing experience at the end.

Quality haircut with extra services hot towel etc. free if you like. Good chat from the barbers but happy to leave you in peace as well. Reasonable price for the area, happy to go back every time.

I Came here during my lunch break with little time to spare, I was in and out within 30 minutes without an appointment Thursday afternoon, around 12.30. Had a wash and cut 26.50, which I was very happy with. He cut my hair and checked with me throughout, and even helped me on with my jacket as I left - which was a nice touch. You can pay by card, however contactless is not available. This is my new go-to whilst I'm working in this area.

Have used the other branch near Liverpool St and found they were a lot better, never had any issues, thought I could trust a brand name.  Asked for something simple like short back and side, scissor cut on top, did not think it could be messed up.  He rushed the whole cut, in 15 minutes he'd somehow butcher my hair.  He's somehow took a chunk out the side so its completely uneven on one side see picture. On top of that, completely ignored what cut i wanted, asked for heavier on the top so i can flick it forward and he's pretty much cut it so much it looks so short. apart from my fringe, he took pretty much nothing off so i have a tidal wave for my fringe...  To make things even better, somehow thought it was worth the £26.50  even though the cut was listed as £19.50  Everyone hates making a fuss in shops like this and never complains, including myself, but I will be contacting the trading standards and looking for my funds back.

I went in here for a beard trim, which according to their website was £9.50. I was charged £14.50 but didn't think anything of it at the time. When I got back to work I double-checked and saw it was £9.50. I emailed them from their website which is very badly designed - you cannot see what you are typing in the message box due to the colour scheme and got no reply. I messaged them on Facebook twice - the messages were read - and I got no reply.  When I went into the shop they showed me a leaflet with different prices. I told them they were still advertising the wrong prices on their website, and hadn't replied to their messages, and they just went 'ok'.  The barber and the actual beard trim were ok - I even let them put it on their Instagram account. However, the lack of communication and customer service since -and false prices on the website not being rectified - means I won't go again.
