Huge store full of furniture for every room - laid out in sections to make things easy to find. There is also a large carpet and flooring section, and although some of the furniture can be on the expensive side carpet and flooring prices are very competitive. In recent years we have purchased a few carpets from them and the quality of fitting is always top class. Staff in the store are always very friendly and we have found that we have been left to browse and ask for help when we needed it. Parking is awkward by the main entrance but there is a larger carpark round the back of the building. There is a wheelchair ramp up to the main entrance which is accessible and generally there is plenty of room to manoeuvre down the aisles inside - only the bedroom section being separated by a step which could cause problems for some.
Carpet looked 2nd hand just after it was laid. Taskers not interested. Supposedly a good quality all wool carpet. No one from their company has visited to check it out. They are really not interested in after sales service.
Margaret, Leah and Daniel have been great as is the wonderful chair we ordered. Sadly Taskers used Narla Transport to get our delivery to us; 3 weeks after the expensive item was collected from Taskers it was eventually delivered to us. This tarnished our experience and was incredibly disappointing and stressful.

Please note… this is a review for TASKERS of ACCRINGTON, and not Taskersonline….totally different company. We had been considering a Stressless Suite for a few months, and as they are expensive, we did a lot of research prior to placing an order. Note this is a review for the Service we received from Taskers of Accrington, and not for the Stressless Suite we will receive.. as any problem with that, will have to be taken up with Stressless under their warranty I was in touch with Paul, the Manager throughout the process, and there was no insistence, or chase up phone calls or “can only do that deal today” or “ offer ends Sunday” or anything like that… it was purely done at our leisure. Not only did Paul enlighten me to a current offer Stressless themselves Not Taskers were doing,that saved us a lot of money, but he also price matched, which was great, as we wanted to deal with Taskers of Accrington and no one else. We were able to pay the deposit by whatever means was comfortable for us, and the balance to be paid nearer delivery. We have been given an estimated delivery date, but understand with the current world status…that could easily change. The whole process..which due to us doing our research with the Stressless Range and getting samples etc .. took a few weeks, for us to make up our minds, but Paul was always there at the other end of the phone when we had a question. The other staff we spoke to on the phone before being put through to Paul, were always polite and courteous. We would definitely deal with Taskers of Accrington again. As mentioned at the head of this review, this is for Taskers of Accrington…and not Taskersonline.
Amazing store . First visit today . Will be back to place orders very soon . Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Excellent prices with vast selection of goods and options . Easy to find with good parking . Highly recommended.
Great family business with good experienced staff definitely worth a trip there when you’re ready to buy good quality beds home furniture etc for your home
My inlaws went here for a couple off sofas,the quality is great but the customer service is none existent,they waited over 4 months for delivery,when they tried to deliver the sofa it wouldn't go through the doors mind you they didn't try very hard,they took them back,they asked for a temporary sofa so they could arrange another delivery date,no joy,they waited over 2 weeks to get there fitter to come and take out the window so the sofa would go in the house at a charge of nearly £200,never once did anyone offer any assistance with the process they are both in there 70s.
I was initially just googling to find the cheapest price for a price match for my local furniture store, however I submitted an enquiry and got a call back straight away and the lady was so helpful explaining the different leathers that I ended up buying from them and it arrived today and I'm very happy with the sofa and service.
Had a great buying experience here, Nick was very patient and helpful, first time I had visited and worth a mooch as lovely place with a great showroom, UPDATE was 5 stars however after waiting 5 months for the sofa, a big let down from the delivery and installation side, not put in position, "can't go near the wall as its a recliner" it's a no clearance recliner so it can go near the wall, I'll do it shall I, two legs left off/missing so the weight of the sofa resting on two metal rods, had to go collect them from the store, a lot of excuses, even trying to tell me that's how it should be and they used all the parts that came with the sofa
