We purchased an armchair & footstool from home living. We have looked at other chairs similar style/quality however value for money was not as good. We were not hassled or followed around by sale staff, but when we needed help there was someone on hand. Polite, friendly and helpful sale staff. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends.
I visited Sofology after wanting to replace my sofa. I found a sofa that I liked and was ready to pay for it. The price was thousands of £s. That night I saw an advert on Instagram for Home Living Outlet which showed the amount of sofas they had in stock at a discounted rate. I quickly made an appointment and visited the following day. They had the exact same sofa in stock, I couldn’t believe it! I placed my order with them & saved a total of 70% compared to what I was going to pay at Sofology. The cherry on the cake was the lads here, my appointment was with Barrie and what a lovely lad. There’s not much he doesn’t know about sofas from the grade of material used to the country of origin. This gave me a heap of confidence knowing I was doing the right thing. They then delivered the sofa the same week the lead time at Sofology was 4 months. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Do you know when you feel like you’ve been too lucky and it can’t be true? I’ve come to realise it isn’t luck, this company is just fantastic. Since purchasing my sofa I’ve also purchased the matching footstool, an arm chair for the bedroom, a mirror, 3 lamps, 10 pillows, a wall clock and a rug. I can hand on heart honestly recommend this company to you. I’ve told my family & friends about it and my grandparents have now purchased from here too. I always say that you can judge a company based on how they treat the elderly and they passed with flying colours. They got the same level of service which I couldn’t be happier about.

I bought a sofa Zeus 3+2 from Home living outlet I spoke to someone on chat asked about a million questions and everyone was answered in a polite timely friendly manner. I was assured I was buying exactly what I saw online as I couldn't get to the showroom....just over a month after purchase I can say I am thrilled with my sofa I love it so much I got such a great bargin and the delivery was on time I was informed of each step the delivery was at and it turned up at the exact time stated. Wow! Just wow! There's no other word to describe this place. Managed to grab some really good buys and oh boy! They're so comfortable and look absolutely perfect in the house. We bought a whole suite of sofas aswell as a chair and a chaise. To top it off delivery was just within two days! We had the sofa In the house 48 hours later. I even managed to get my cushions sorted with them! The customer service is fabulous, spoke to us with professionalism and kindness. Barry in particular was amazing to deal with. He went through from start to finish with a smile. I would recommend this place for any of your home needs from deco to sofas because you won't be disappointed. I was grateful for the control you gave me in working towards a mutually agreed delivery date, as we needed to arrange the disposal of the sofas and chairs we had. Very pleased with settees excellent quality and very good price delivery was very quick 2 days. Would highly recommend to anyone 5*****.
