After 'phoning the shop to check that a job was possible curtain repair and shorten, we discussed turnaround time. Each of the staff we spoke to, either on the 'phone or in the shop were excellent. They called us back when they said they would and the turnaround time was exceeded too. 5* service from all involved including the work done and retail staff. We'd definitely highly recommend. Thank you to Deborah, Antoinette and Nick plus the person who did the repair.
I have used musbury fabrics for 20 years to provide bed linen for my fleet of narrow boats in oxford college cruisers . Always good service and excellent quality

A beautiful textile shop, with lovely home ware items. Impressive selection of curtains, bedding and accessories. Also offering a personalised curtain making service. Excellent customer service and products and in a lovely location. The tea room was wonderful, offering a variety of meals and drinks of your choice, including sandwiches without the addition of mayonnaise added. Dressings for food presented in crockery to add to your food if needed. Wonderful service and pleasant staff, that serve with a smile and warm welcome.
Beautiful products of high quality. The lady was very helpful I was looking for some cushions for a new suite I ordered . The best I've seen so far just need to get my suite delivered and I will be back to purchase and also the matching bath towel to go with the hand towel purchased
Excellent service and experience lots of choice in fabric bedding and lots of other things I'll be picking up my blind order and doing more shopping,lovely helpful staff too
