At Body Revive I have found a gym that delivers results. Having attended other gyms, I never really felt like I knew what to do. Callum and James are on hand to give you nutritional and exercise advice as well as leep a watchful eye. The people who attend are all friendly and the atmosphere is totally different from your standard gyms. Try it,you won't be disappointed.

Love going here! Nothing like your standard gym which is great. The guys are always helpful. They make you feel welcome and their fitness programmes are amazing!!

After undergoing knee surgery I joined the gym. I was given all the advice and training to aid my rehabilitation. Always easy to motivate myself to go and the variety of training techniques and coaching is excellent.

Friendly and extensive support is the reason why i continue to go to Body Revive. The environment is different to a normal gym and you can get great results by listening and working with the trainers. Strongly recommend going in and taking a look for yourself.

I've been a member of various gyms, and have never really been motivated to keep attending. At Body Revive this is totally different, James and Callum talk you through what my goals are and help me not only with keeping a watchful eye on me to see if i'm doing the workouts correctly but are always there to give advice on the nutritional front. I've also noticed with the gym members there is no snobbery and everyone is to give a little advice if needed. There are no Narcissist unlike most gyms i've attended. Many thanks guys and keep up the good work.
