Lovely staff, great range of equipment, looking forward to the new refurbishment in February. Not too crowded so machines are usually free. I was referred by my cousin and am happy that I joined. -NIKHIL RUPAL

Have always been scared of gyms and thought I couldn't do it. Kerry and the other staff have been fantastic at supporting me. I love it and always look forward to my sessions. Definitely worth joining...it's been brilliant
