The worst service I’ve ever had, came back to pick my bike up after an annual service and M.O.T and found that my Daytona 675R wouldn’t even start, in the end I had to phone up the main Triumph dealership to troubleshoot the problem which they immediately diagnosed the problem being a recall on the alarm, Triumph offered me to pick up an alarm blank plug to atleast allow me to start the bike and ride it to the Triumph dealership at which point and much to my amasement it turned out the annual service that Ford and Ellis provided earlier on in the morning was incorrect as they had overfilled the bike with oil, in order to correct this the technicians at Herts Triumph drained 0.6 LTRS of oil out of the bike and explained the potential damage this could have caused to the seals and the engine, furthermore a few days after the service I decided to clean the bike and found numerous scratches to the tail fairing panels all be it unproven as to which dealer caused this damage but I assume has been caused by a stanley knife to cut away at the alarm harness and scrathes to a carbon laminate piece of trim that was unnecessarily removed for the oil filter change, most definitely the last time I will be stepping foot in that place, bunch of cowboys!!

Nice people, working very hard, but always reply to me. They did me a good deal on a new bike and even dropped it off for free (trailer).

Bought from them Suzuki sv650 2016. They overfilled oil on first service. There was 0.3 litre over the top mark. I had to use large syringe with tube to suck off overfilled oil. I have done with them second service too (definitely last one) they overfilled oil 0.3 litre again! I have mentioned this and they told me that this is OK! now I have broken engine gasket and oil leaks around because of that! now they told me that that this never happen even I have witnesses and they refused to replace gasket on the warranty! (bike still has 2 years warranty) STAY AWAY FROM THOSE COWBOYS!
