Please don't bother calling this guys to sell your car.  I called them today on one of their 014 .. number to enquire about selling my Mercedes SLK.  He asked what year it is and I told him. He said its  too old for me and before I could say but... he hanged up on me.  I wanted to ask but they advertise they can buy any car.  I thought how rude and poor customer service. The guy was so arrogant .  I was just responding to an advert and did not deserve to be spoken like that. And by the way my car is not too old its as good as new, well maintained 2 previous owners and low mileage. 
Do not expect anything professional from them.
