Couldn't give less of a s**t. Bloke was just chatting away to his mate on the phone while I was there for a good 5 minutes. Don't care whether they sort your car out or not as long as they get paid. Really unhelpful addressing any problem. Not recommended.

I booked my MOT for 9am with the lady on the front desk, she told me they open at 8am. I arrived at 08:50 only to find all the doors locked and all the shutters down. I waited till 09:25 when all the cars started arriving.  A lady pulled up behind me and didn't say a word, u asked if she worked there and she replied "yep". After opening the reception, no one said a word to me, I had to ask if I was actually still booked in. About 10minutes passed of her disappearing in the back then she came sat back down again. A man came up to me and said "got your keys mate". I handed them over and he disappeared. 4 people came in and started chatting to the receptionist (all of who don't work there) and brought a big bag of macdonalds in them and they all sat there chatting and eating like animals for the rest of my time there. They are disgusting, rude and have long long forgotten about good customer service, how they are still up and running I will never know. The place is an absolute sham. That will teach me to use a unknown dealer. There are two Kwik fits around 15minutes either way of Trade Discount Autos, please use them.

Purchased an Audi A3 2009 from them in December 2015 for 6k cash. The car lasted till June 2016 as the gearbox corrupted and the automatic vehicle could no longer move off. As the gearbox was getting worse they said they would fix it cheaply for me. I drove all the way out there and I was turned away after 15 minutes to another garage. They did not even put it onto the diagnostics machine as promised.

Doing research I realised that this would be a £2000.00 repair and with the car not moving at all I had to sell the car for £2000.00 to a scrap dealer. Things were wrong with the car that they did not mention on initial sale I e the electric Windows would malfunction etc. Be very careful when buying a car from these people.
