Lovely staff & so helpful. Found items I never thought I'd be here. I recommended it to all fans.
Used to be better. Staff seem to have forgotten how to acknowledge customers and how to clean. There was a good centimetre of dust on most newer products and a lot more on older stuff. The entire place could do with fumigation and deep cleaning. With most places like this now there's 99% pop vinyls and not much else. What they did have was also around 30% higher in price than other places. Some items were "on sale" for more than RRP. No longer my go to when in town.
Atmosphere is always thick and without music and the crew are never speaking to eachother and always feels like they don't want to be there as well as hate how you're in there. Store is unorganized and messy and I got accused of stealing because I had to kneel on the floor to look at things because of the unorganized layout. Things I was holding and looking through were about the same shape and size as my bag so no idea how I could have even tried to take it while sitting crossed legged on the floor and other shopping around me. Good selection of stuff tbf nice things, prices alright but it's always really uncomfortable to be in there without feeling like you shouldn't be.
Not as good as it was before. Shop just mainly sells Pop vinyls. Poor variety of anything else.
A lot of model kits i remember helping my son with 30 years ago. More fascinated by the modern motarised versions.
Emily, I have no idea who you are but I’m so sorry for your coworker who is calling out your name every two seconds and is bossing you around.
Has good deals on frequently. Good range and loyalty card
First visit in two years because of pandemic. Went to store to see if it had any Gundam model sets in stock. It did. Asked if could check inside the box of the set I purchased to make sure it had all the parts and instructions before I left the store. The staff was ok with this request and allowed me to do so. Happy with my visit and my purchase.
Old stock but prices to match, game themed clue, monopoly and risk as well as other games usually priced £40 plus are £15 -£19.99. Well worth a look. Comic selection was vast and you could spend all day in there.
Always have good and unique merchandise, just a shame it's so expensive.
