I bought a 50inch 4k television from the store it was for my daughters birthday. After installing the telly in her home we went home. She rang me later that day and said the telly had switched itself off every 10 to 15 minutes. The next day I returned the telly and spoke to Daniel the stock manager. I  had the telly less than 24 hours. I returned it in the box and had my receipt. Daniel took the telly out of the box and switched it on. The telly didn't switch itself off after testing for 3 minutes. He therefore refused to take the telly back stating there was nothing wrong with it. A heated argument took place and I rang head office. Head office suggested that he tested the telly further and see if it went off after 15 minutes. During this testing Daniel stated this was necessary due to dishonest customers. After about 10 minutes the telly failed and switched itself off. PLEASE DON'T BUY A TELEVISION FROM ARGOS IF IT GOES WRONG THEY WON'T CHANGE IT EVEN IF IT FAILS WITHIN ONE DAY GO TO CURRY'S THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED THERE. Daniel was rude and arrogant lacked customer skills.

Ease of selection & puchase of goods.
Staff on hand if you have a problem.
Very knowledgeable staff.

Quick service. Right next to car park so not far to carry goods.

Very un organised. Has a number system in place but they don't use it call you by each item which is annoying if you have loads of things to collect.
