lets face it, going to a foot clinic can be quite embarrassing for most, however, if you are fortunate enough to have Jag deal with your issue you will be just fine. I found her kindness and ability to make me feel at ease quite charming and made for actually quite a pleasant visit, have noting but good words to say about Jag, the clinic is also very clean which is always something you want to experience. on the whole, if you have foot issues then you should consider treatment at the foot clinic !

I've not yet had my appointment but am very disappointed with the telephone manner of Mary who took my booking. Really passive -aggressive, sarcastic and rude. I was just trying to find out about how the device works having never visited a footcare clinic before. Hope the clinicians are better ...

I came to see Jag to deal with my ingrowing toenails. She was extremely personal, putting me at ease immediately and expertly dealing with the problem. Jag was always lovely and the aftercare was brilliant, it included regular progress check ups and the availability for questions (to put my mind at ease) at anytime. I highly recommend this service.

Kind, considerate, understanding all these things and more. I came to Jag with an immediate need as my foot looked like it had a hole in it. I had been using something to get rid of a painful verruca but all it did was make me more anxious. Jag was great calming my fears and dealt with my problem the same day. The crazy thing was I could have had that painful thing dealt with years ago when I first met Jag at the clinic working for the NHS but I wasn't ready. Well there's always a light at the end of the tunnel and for me it was years later when I found Jag again and went ahead with the treatment, it took a hole in the foot, or so it seemed, to get me there and in a short time see the verruca gone yeah!! Thanks Jag, bless you. You've been a great help to my granddaughter too, dealing with her verruca, so many many thanks for your skill, patience and genuine support. Merry Christmas :-)

When I went for work experience at the Foot care clinic I enjoyed it so much as the staff there (Julie and Jag) are soo welcoming and lovely. I had work experience for 3 day and saw a variety of things that are very important within podiatry and beneficial. At the foot care clinic they taught me that its not just about the money its about making your patients feel comfortable and reassured and that they will spend more time if they have to, to make you feel better than ever. Also I have learnt that to get to the top you must have patience + practice = Success and your not going to get everything right the first time but if you take your time, apply the right knowledge and have motivation and interest nothing can stop you. They are very supportive when it comes to their patients an also know how to hold conversations with their patients which shows that they are interested in the patients health and are caring.
