Food for thought has a frequently expanding menu to suit many dietary requirements such as gluten free, wheat free & celiac. Our menu has a range of breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes, bagels, jacket potatoes, toasties, paninis, vegetarian options, childrens menu & a home cooked specials board with starters, mains, light lunches & desserts which changes daily. We have a wide range of cold still, sparkling & fizzy drinks and also speciality coffees and hot chocolates to suit everyone..you can even create your own. Our new coffee lounge has more seating and comfy sofas, is wheelchair friendly, has disabled toilets and baby changing facilities. We have space for large groups of people especially with our table that seats 10 people.

Having visited several times now, Food for Thought has always impressed me.

With friendly staff, an excellent choice of dishes, with surprisingly affordable pricing for the quality and service.

One thing to mention is that it can get very busy here! Little wonder when Food For Thought is, in my opinion, 'THE PLACE' to go for a light meal in Cardigan Town.

I highly recommend giving them a go, trust me, you won't regret it!

Had a beautiful Vegetarian breakfast here. The staff were really friendly and the menu looked great for all types of diets. There is an extensive Tea selection and plenty of other drinks and they also sell Ice-cream. The prices are very reasonable.
Great to pop in also if you only want cake and a drink.

Customer Service Excellent and the Food too lots of choice on menus would definitely recommend and will be back

Awesome food in a great setting with very friendly staff. My only criticism was that the awesome lamb and mint pie was such a massive meal, I had no room for dessert.
