My bf took his phone in last Monday. It was a bank holiday so they couldn’t get to it right away. We were told it would be ready on Friday but have only just gotten it back today, Monday. 
Completely understand the wait for phone parts and delivery companies not being reliable but really would have appreciated being updated instead of having to phone in, just a quick text or something. 
They also added a heavy duty screen protector which they do for every customer, not just because of my earlier review, which I sincerely apologise for.
