Big car park with lots of space, can be very busy. They have changed from attended car park to pay and display since I last visited so prices have gone up too. Reasonable walking distance to St Michael's Mount and the tidal causeway, shops and eateries.
Such a wonderful way to visit UK and see significant piece of history! Plenty parking spaces paid. All personal was there with answers to our queries and the views...just out of ordinary!
Honestly, it's fine and well priced at least the car park is not English Heritage owned! Just make a note of the time you come in as other reviews have said as the ticket does not show your time as it's based on the camera entry time. Can top up time if needed, simples. Loads of spaces.
Really dislike the car parking system! Pay first not pay when exit! We didn’t know that the castle was closed the day we went and it was 1 hour 1.50 2 hours 3, 3 hours 4, 5 hours £5 so I thought we’d be longer if we went to the other side! So I paid £5 but because of the poor weather a lot of places shut so would highly recommend to check before paying for parking
Don't park too far away from pay machines. At the time of my visit payment wasn't via an app. By the time you've worked out what to do you have eaten into 10min of your payment. ANPR pick you up as soon as you enter the carpark.
Sign says pay at any time. Very small letters pay at start. We paid for 3 hours using the app but it then shows from the time of payment, not arrival. No way to alter. No helpline. No customer service. Joke
Big busy car park servicing Marazion and visitors for St. Michaels Mount, we paid using a phone app that made the the whole thing painless, there were queues at the payment terminals but they were flowing well. The car park was busy the whole day with lots of churn, but a reasonable place to park at at a reasonable cost.
Car park spaces are not wide enough especially when you have two large vehicles parked either side of you so not enough room to get in & out of your vehicle without damaging other vehicles. Also carparking was a rip off cuz you didn't know how long you would need to visit the place, so put £5 for two hours parking
Excellent car park, close to the sea front and very near St Michaels Mount. Also has a lovely cafe on site
It's a car park, what can I really say? It was clean. Could do with a few more pay machines but it's nicely located for the boats to St Michael's mount
