Temple opens at 1:30pm-3:30pm for visitors, except opening earlier on 1st, 15th and Sundays for offering services. Friendly devotees and volunteers that can help guide you around the temple. Clean and serene environment.
My partner and I went there today for the first time wanting to find out about the temple and planning to meditate. After ringing the doorbell a woman answered and made it seem like we were intruding. Although, on the website it says open from 1:30 - 3:30 for visitors. She didn’t really want to speak to us or give any information regarding the temple. Very rude and not welcoming at all.
Attended their New Year event. These are amazing people.

I went on a weekday to find out about the Temple. I an very interested in Buddhism. Unfortunately I felt like I was intruding as they couldn't wait to get rid of me. I never returned. If I go to a religious temple I expect to made to feel at home.
This is a little known jewel in Manchester. The main temple is very famous and respected in Taiwan, and the head teacher Venerable Master Hsing Yun is a Dharma master in the Linji Zen tradition. The Buddhist nuns are so friendly, and speak good English. The shrine rooms are really spacious and beautiful, and inspiring to meditate in. They have a great library, full of books on the Buddhist teachings in both English and Chinese. Their tea ceremonies are not to missed, and their Chinese New Year events are brilliant.
Ben visiting there for years, with my wife. The place is huge, with the main Buddhist temple on the first floor. Always welcoming
I am grateful to have come to this place to learn about Buddhism with my children. Everyone in this place have put in effort in one way or another. God bless
A decent Buddhist Temple which propagates Buddha's teachings, practices Three Acts of Goodness, “Do Good Deeds, Speak Good Words, and Think Good Thoughts”.
