Disappointed with my flowers. Partner paid the most he had ever paid for a bouquet to be delivered. Looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement he chose. I complained to the shop who arranged to pick up and replace the flowers. Still very disappointed when they arrived. The whole bunch still looked nothing like flowers ordered and were dead within 6 days.

My go to flower store for creating displays or bouquets for any celebrations home or abroad. I have found Interflora very reliable on every occasion. The staff are very helpful and the shop displays are fantastic. They also have guest window dressers too which is a great idea.

Professional and friendly service. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The flowers that were ordered were amazing.

I've been using Flowers by Pauline for several years, mostly for gifts for my mother (and my occasionally my father who also loves flowers ;)). The service is always warm and friendly, and always helpful. A lovely local company and highly recommended.
