We recently had our whole downstairs floor fitted with Karndean and I am absolutely delighted with the service and work carried out by Floor Dimensions! I was looked after extremely well by the owner Aaron right from my initial enquiry through to the completion. Both Aaron and his fitter Jonny were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable whenever I had any questions or concerns. They even went out of their way to help out where they could whilst my new kitchen was being fitted. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family! The floor looks amazing and everyone who visits comments on the intricate design they chose for us!

Aaron was recommended to us, from the moment we met at Floor Dimensions showroom it was clear he ‘knew his stuff!’. Aaron listened to our brief, steered and guided us with the clear intention he wanted us to be happy with our purchase and get it right for us. We ended up spending more than we had intended, but trusted Aaron’s advice, how pleased we are with the result. The floor was expertly fitted throughout the whole of our downstairs, on time and the quality matched the price, it achieved our brief in full, natural looking LVT wooden floor, Karndean. It’s so easy to care for, comes with a long guarantee, we will never tire of it. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Dimensions. We had our hallway replaced with Karndean and the finish was spot on. The team were incredibly professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process. Aaron was incredibly friendly and helped with recommendations - great to see someone take pride in their work. Aaron was more than happy to talk us through other flooring options whilst on the job and even brought some demo options up to see how it would compliment the new floor. Definately one of the best salesman I've encountered, who listened and provided a product that suited. I will be using again!
Fantastic friendly customer service who was only to happy to help out local people & they spent a lot of time helping us with their expert advice after we unfortunately had a burst water pipe flood and destroy our lounge floor and sub floor. They went above and beyond to help us with damp meter readings and writing reports that helped support our insurance claim. We are so pleased with our new Karndean Plank floor Finnish it looks amazing, prior to that they sealed the floor to prevent any further problems from water damage with a damp proof membrane then applied a 2 component self levelling latex... the floor is unbelievably flat...no more wobbly chairs. They followed all covid safety measures. Highly recommended...thanks Aaron, Graham & Edina
Had my carpet fitted by two gentlemen from Floor Dimensions today and I am absolutely over the moon with the outcome. Fantastic job, fantastic fitters, fantastic price that's all I can say!! Had Karndean flooring laid in several rooms by Aaron and his team. Impeccable service from beginning to end. Special thanks to Rob the fitter for an excellent job under difficult circumstances.
Great customer service, not pushy, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced considering the products. Karndeen floor laid to a very high standard. Couldn't fault anything, a great local business.
Nice showroom with plenty of choice. Good customer service with a prompt measuring service. Also sell lamps, mirrors and pictures etc all a bit different from the usual.
Staff are very helpfull and polite. Work was compleated to a high standad would use this company again.
