Staff were very helpful and dedicated at storage world. They made the whole experience smooth and straightforward, especially Joanne and Alex, they were excellent at what they do. They were very easy to talk to and were approachable via email as well as the phone. The rates were also cheaper than other storage places which was good. Initially I intended to use the unit for 3 months but due to change of circumstances I ended up staying a lot longer then expected which they had no issue with. If required will definitely be using them again.
Absolutely excellent service, it’s really clean, tidy and well looked after. They have so many great options and offers and very grateful for the fact that it was the fastest move into a storage unit ever! All staff that I have been in contact with have been incredibly helpful, kind and go the extra mile! I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to anyone!
Really happy with the service from Joanne, Callum & Alex, very friendly and efficient. Unit is perfect for my needs and the site is well maintained, clean and very secure. Trolleys and pallet trucks are always available when I need them.
I have been with Storageworld on and off since they first started and I can see they believe in re-investing. The facilities are first class, very well looked after. And the staff are courteous and efficient. Always there should you need them but generally leave you to get on!
Love love the service, mostly spoke to Joanne and Callum and they were very helpful and understanding.nI’ve got an office space here that I use for my sewing, great space, good value for money and super convenient for me as it’s close to home.
