Great place, easy to sort. The office stayed open past the time slot so I could pick up the vehicle that night. Great customer service, didn’t have to wait when arrived. Easy to talk too, nice bunch of people will definitely use these again. Perfect for anyone under 25 as well looking for insurance

This is the 2nd time I have used Flexi car & van hire for a house move because the 1st time was such a quick & simple process it was my go to place to use again , what a pleasant surprise to find there was no price increase 12 months later.! Closed down the Derby office , yet they still have it listed online as a pick up point. I booked a van , then on the day I could not find the office so called them to be told this . Pathetic

The vehicle was so easy to book on line. When I went to pick it up the two gentleman I dealt with we're knowledgeable, polite and had a wonderful sense of humour. All in all a good experience and I would highly recommend Flexicar Burton. P.S. the rates are very reasonable.

We hired the Mercedes people carrier for 8 days , a holiday to Cornwall so we needed a van big enough to take 2 families and travel down there in comfort . Loads of boot space and seats lovely and comfy . Van was clean and fresh . Driving it is a dream . We absolutely loved this 9 seater and would definitely recommend it . The guys at flexi car hire were so nice and we will most definitely be hiring again for our next trip . Thanks

Had to rebook a LWB van a few times due to house move being pushed back. Happened a few times in 3 weeks but guys at Flexi were very accommodating and helpful. Good price for a van and decent motor too.

Since using Flexii Car & Van Hire I've never used another hire company. Quality Vans at a good price and friendly/helpful staff, what more do you need from a hire company. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody after a car or van.

We used flexii after a drink driver hit into the back of my car. Flexii provided us with a hire car the same day and organised recovery of my vehicle. They also dealt with both insurance company’s and kept me informed throughout. A few weeks later I received full payout… which could have taken months if I dealt with the insurance directly. I would 100% recommend this company. Thank you again!
