Fantastic gym! Massive gym with a huge selection of all the usual plate loaded bodybuilding machines. Plus a lot of machines that are not that common.  Big cardio area on the second floor, treadmills etc.  Boxing/fitness room at the back of the weight room.  Large selection of supplements and meals to buy. Lots of sun beds too.  Quite a few PTs are based at the gym, so if you need a trainer you can get one.  The prices are decent. If you pay direct debit you have 24 hour access!

Staff are friendly and the gym is clean. Only problem is some of the equipment are old.
