This lovely little shop has such an amazing atmosphere and the kindest most talented staff. They recently handled my flowers for my mother's funeral. And they did such a beautiful job....above and beyond expectations. They really managed to incorporate my mother's uniqueness and creativity in their flower choices and arranging. I was incredibly touched by what the staff created for us. I would highly recommend them and my family now considers them our go-to florist.

I am so glad I hired Elizabeth at Fleurescent for my wedding florals! I got married at Waveny Park in New Canaan in early October. I had some pretty clear idea of the color palette and types of flowers I liked, inspiration photos, etc. Elizabeth was always available to hear my ideas, answer questions, and offer advice. October isn’t necessarily the best month for floral varieties, but I can’t express how GORGEOUS everything turned out. One of the reasons I picked Fleurescent is because it was one of the only pages I could find that had a lot of purple flowers highlighted, and I knew that’s what I wanted. We had an arch, bridesmaid hoops, a bridal bouquet, aisle décor, table décor, etc., and everything went together beautifully! Look no further, Fleurescent is the best!

Elizabeth did my wedding in 2017. We were recommended to use Fleurescent by a friend and we are so glad we did! My flowers were even better than I envisioned! She went the extra mile to incorporate my family’s tradition of carrying an heirloom prayer book beautifully into my bouquet. We highly recommend fleurescent!

I had to get flowers to bring at the end of my wife's baby shower this past Saturday and a friend recommended this spot as it was right down the street. The lady who helped me was so pleasant and put together the most beautiful bouquet for me.  I thought I was going to be the center of attention for a couple minutes when I showed up at the end of the baby shower, but the flowers took that role. I've never gotten so many compliments on flowers before!! My wifes jaw dropped when she saw them she started crying.  The flowers weren't only beautiful, but they are great quality and still thriving. Thanks so much, will definitely be my new go to flower shop.

I got married in June and used Fleurescent as my flower vendor and could not be happier with my decision seeing how she executed!!!! I gave Elizabeth some pictures for inspiration and she took them and ran with it - knowing exactly the vision I wanted for my wedding! Each arrangement was classically unique and am so happy with how the flower arch and arrangements turned out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently got married in mid-September at a golf course and had Fleurescent arrange the bride's, bridal party's bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony design and table where the escort cards go. After sharing inspirational photos to Elizabeth, she immediately understood my vision and went right with it. I trusted her and her team in bringing me the most gorgeous arrangements and they did not disappoint! Since the wedding was in the beginning of fall, we weren't sure if pumpkins were in season, but Elizabeth went above and beyond making sure we had white pumpkins in our centerpieces. Elizabeth was professional, honest, and extremely reliable. It's almost mid-December and my husband and I still have two white pumpkins left on our table from the wedding they're still alive!.

I was very pleased with Fleurescent, which came highly recommended to me by a couple of friends and acquaintances. Elizabeth and her team are great. They only did my bridal bouquet but it turned out so amazing and looked exactly as I was hoping it would! In fact, my sister cried when she saw my bouquet! Elizabeth was a great listener and very flexible/open to my ideas. She was also very collaborative and creative. I would highly recommend Fleurescent!

Great desiner and amazing person. As for the value of the purchase....not so good. I bought flowers here for years.  The arrangements are shrinking by the day. Much better off picking up arrangements than having them deliver.  I feel like she tries to sneak one by you, like you might not see what is delivered.   In person, she must feel pressure to make the arrangement nicer.  Let’s be honest, I know prices on everything is rising, but how much is a couple extra flowers coat to add to an arrangement.  I am not a cheap person at all!  I have never been accused of that...but I have felt ripped off here lately.  It’s really too bad....I really like her.   All of my friends have noticed this too and are seeking an alternative.   I might give her one more try.  Hopefully she reads this because this is the buzz around town.

I needed a floral arrangement in a pinch.... it turned out to be the most colorful, vibrant, and appropriate for the occasion arrangement I ever saw.  Elizabeth was so accommodating, thoughtful, and helpful.  I have referred several of my friends to call her when they need floral arrangements.  Thanks

I just ordered flowers from Fleurescent and had a very sweet conversation with the owner.  She is waiving the delivery fee during this period of self-isolation, to encourage people to send flowers to brighten other's lives.   I will use this florist from now on!
