I used to always order flowers from here I loved them, couldn't fault the shop. I lost my mum few weeks ago. I phoned up and asked about funeral flowers to be told by the women on the phone 'it's gonna cost more& most shops won't even entertain funeral flowers this close to mothers day'. I am disgusted someone would say that, when I'm planning my own mums funeral just before Mother's Day. Absolutely disgusting no sympathy at all.
