Thanks so much Hocknells for a first rate service. Call taken by Michelle who couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Same day delivery was required and achieved within minutes of the time requested. Flowers, I'm assured, were absolutely beautiful and recipients photos confirm that. Am a long distance customer, if I lived in/near Crewe I would be beating a regular path to their door! Do use Hocknells - their blooms and customer service are first class.

Great service, i called to ask if my Same day delivery could arrive even quicker as i was in a rush to get the flowers delivered and the woman on the phone was lovely and my flowers were delivered within 2 hours of me ordering them! Brilliant service.

Lovely flowers from here, had some great bouquets and some really nice ornament pieces too. Special occasions are celebrated in style and the front window looks amazing always.
