Disappointed at the customer service. Tried to order a cake but Kerry is rude and not very helpful. I wanted to order a cake within my budget but Kerry did not want the customer service or try to see where we could bring the costs down so I could order from her. I explained I would order without the toppings, but she said 'you cant expect a cake without decorations'- just very rude. Not interested in any orders. I tried to avoid ordering from a bigger business and give my money to a small local business, but this is why these businesses fail. Was hoping to order on a regular basis as the rest of my family order from Fletchers but will take our business elsewhere.
Fletcher cake studios really helped me out on Friday, I ordered a 60th Birthday Cake and paid for it from M&S which didn't even get made, I went to Fletchers, they supplied me with a delicious cake with everything I asked for ! And within one hour of asking, brilliant ! the cake was lovely, service was excellent, I should have gone their first Many thanks again highly recommended
Absolute brilliance ordered a cake for my wifes big 50 the attention to detail and spot on colouring made it truly the perfect occassion. Many thanks to all the staff.
I had a cake made here in the middle of May. I only gave around a weeks notice and they had availability after I’d tried a few other places which was great! I gave a quick description of what I wanted and the price quoted was fantastic! When I collected the cake I was surprised at how tall it was! Decorated wonderfully for the price I paid, and my daughter loved it! Very happy and definitely recommend!
An excellent family run business. We ordered an egg-less cake and it was delicious and all eaten by everyone. The service was top notch and the lady that served us even offered to help me with the parking when I was caught short-changed. Definitely recommend Fletchers Cake Studio.
Fantastic cakes at great prices. My go to cake shop, great range of flavours and designs, nothing is too much trouble. Over the past 10 years they have made my wedding cake, children's birthday cakes and cupcakes for events, great service and tasty cakes!
Always gives the best tasting cakes you could wish for and always helps last minute, would definitely recommend using them for birthdays, parties and wedding. Staff are amazing and always help when you need it.

Requested a plain vanilla sponge base and was told it is impossible for some weird reason! Was told its baked on site but can only buy once it has icing on, can i not have it before you manuallt put the icing on??? I also was willing to pay the sane price as it veing iced!! I asked for what reason you insist that it must be iced and was told boss wont allow it! Out of curiosity called a few other bakers and was told its not a problem! Sounded like the staff couldnt be bothered!
