Professional Cleaning standards are always met. The place is always spotless after your domestic cleaning services and I have been extremely happy. Our professional cleaner is always punctual. Any time she is not able to attend or is only able to attend at a different time I am given plenty of notice. In addition, both the cleaner and the company are extremely helpful in either scheduling an alternative day or finding a replacement cleaner. FK Domestics Ltd keeps in regular contact and there is plenty of opportunity for feed back. You have provided me with an absolutely brilliant professional cleaning service. I had an opportunity to have my own retail store and immediately grabbed it. However, it affected my daily routine. I was almost always busy and never had the time to clean my home. We have always been searching for the best cleaning agencies here in London since we experienced a lot of bad things before. That is why, I decided to try your domestic cleaning company based on the excellent reviews which I have read. You are doing a very good job which I really did not expect. You exceeded my expectations and my cleaner is so friendly that we've made several conversation during the cleaning process. Great price and great service. I can't ask for more!
This really is a terrible service. I have used this company in excess of two years and the service has got progressively worse. I have just had to cancel my contract as I have come to my wits end with them. My experience is very much like the previous reviewer Ian. The cleaners are nice, but the job is not up to my standards. I have to clean after they have been!! They also speak very little English, so its difficult to explain issues to them. However, being a mum with a young baby, I thought some cleaning is better than no cleaning, so I continued. The service that you get from the office staff is 100% appalling. Inconsistent, scheduling is disorganised and I have been left without cleaning with no explanation. Cleaners have come at the wrong time and with incorrect hours to be worked. The companies customer service is terrible. A company to be avoided I think
My house cleaner is great, she turns up on time, stays for the entire time, last week I came back and she was doing all my ironing services and although i said she could go, she insisted on finishing what she was doing, which I thought was really professional. She also uses her own initiative and I have found kitchen cupboards cleaned, which I haven’t asked for but really appreciated. She always does my ironing really well, and always seem to get through a big pile and does all my domestic cleaning as well. The only criticism is that her English isn’t great, and sometimes I want to explain that there is a big basket of Ironing and I don’t expect her to finish the lot but if she can do whatever she can in the remaining time. But generally we can make each other understand what we are saying. I have had home cleaning services in London from different cleaning companies over the years intermittently and they all start off well but then gradually do less and less, I have not found this with my cleaner and your professional cleaning agency, her standard has stayed the same and is excellent, I hope this continues. The admin staff, have been excellent as well, I have been very pleased with the service I have received from FK Domestics Ltd. So thanks and keep up the good work.
