Constantine came this morning to do my living room. I had really little hope, I have a 16 years old dog that has chosen the only room in my house with carpet to do wees. Constantine did magic today! He left my carpet as new, see the pictures! Very professional, quick and polite. Definitely if you’re thinking about having a professional cleaning, go for them!

I've used Crystal on several occasions and they are professional, offering an excellent service/arriving on time. I have light coloured carpet, which is always cleaned to a very high standard. I think the previous comment was unfair as some carpets are beyond any kind of cleaning & simply need to be replaced/not cleaned. They can't work miracles....

I am so happy with the service that Crystal Carpet Cleaners provided. The cleaners arrived at my house on time and were very professional. They communicated well and did a great job of explaining what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.
I would not recommend this service. We hired Crystal Carpet Cleaners to remove some stains from our carpets - which were not removed at all. When asked to issue a refund they were rude, abrasive and patronising on the phone, and only refunded 'per step' - which was only 20% of the total cost we paid them. If you use this company, do not pay in advance.
Messaged my enquiry on whatsapp for getting a quote. I was given a quote which I found to be different from my understanding based on the website. I questioned it and I was very rudely told about minimum charges and to go elsewhere if I find price is high. Agreed it was my fault since I missed out the minimum charge information but the way the person communicated was uncalled for and rude. May be they should learn how to communicate first as customers might have queries and may even ask something obvious. May be they have good actual service but if someone can’t even answer politely then I will rather stay away.
