I cannot speak highly enough of Maid of London, and Jai. I have been a customer for almost 7 years now and they never disappoint. Excellent customer service, good response from the team and the staff and cleaners are trained to meet high standards. Our housekeeper has been very trustworthy and professional, always paying attention to detail. On the rare occasion that an issue was raised, we have found that things can be discussed and communicated efficiently with a positive approach from the team. All in all, 5 stars and highly recommend. Wishing Jai and the team all the best !
Excellent service at all levels. As a long time client, and having previously used many other domestic cleaning agencies , I can wholeheartedly say Maid of London have always provided us with the most reliable, experienced and efficient cleaners! From high level cleaning to polishing silver, to delicate washing, ironing, grocery shopping and many other chores - nothing is too much for my cleaning lady. Always, happy to help and great attitude which you sadly don’t always find these days. Their office team is friendly, well organised too and accommodating at short notices.

Maid of London have provided excellent services to me over the years. Communication has always been easy and any questions, concerns or alterations to scheduling dealt with swiftly. The cleaners provided to me were also excellent, never any issues and always left my place looking immaculate.

We have been using Maid of London for the past year or so and we have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANERS and the service in general. Our cleaner attends once a week and we are so thankful to have her. She is meticulous in all her tasks and really does go above and beyond her duties. Its the little things that matter to us, as my wife and I are both working professionals and to receive that extra help makes all the difference. The standard of cleaning is excellent and whenever we need to book an additional day our account manager is always there to help. We have recommended Maid of London to our friends and family and please do not be discouraged by the bad reviews.
We’ve had nothing but positive experience using this agency. I found Maid of London on Google and decided to hire their housekeeping services based on their reviews! Our housekeeper whos been with us since late 2018 is absolutely fantastic – she’s very thorough and hardworking, shes got the keys to our home, we trust her and depend on her! A really nice person to have around the house… the kids love her. Their customer service is very good and helpful – I am in direct contact via mobile with our account manager. Our housekeeper is usually away during the summer and the agency arranges replacement cleaner to cover, who has been equally nice and delivered an amazing service. Great experience, yes I recommend using them!
Highly recommended! We've used many cleaning agencies in the past but I can honestly say that Maid of London are so far delivering a wonderful service! Our cleaning lady MS comes twice a week and she’s punctual, very thorough in her cleaning and every so often she helps us with the household shopping and other small errands. Their office staff are equally professional and very accommodating! Thank you.
Maid of London’s service has been really amazing from the very beginning until the end when we moved out of our flat. My-Linh the manager was always very quick at responding our calls/emails and always tried her best to find the most convenient times and cleaner for us. Angela was our assigned cleaner, she came always on time, was very professional, discreet and always left the flat perfectly cleaned.
