Very helpful, friendly people. I came in to have a scratch looked and to see if it could be buffed out. They did everything they could straightway for me. I highly recommend them.
Despite this garage being a VW specialist I had first class communication from staff along with excellent repair treatment for an insurance job on my Ford Fiesta. Looks like new! Great Job!
This repair centre is very good, I am a very fussy customer yet they have pleased me. I have had a insurance repair done here and then a warranty problem is now being sorted by this centre as the lady in rhe service dept at Howard’s Hyundai couldn’t be bother to want to help and washed her hands of this problem. But the team at auto fix have come to the rescue and said they will sort it. Even though I wasn’t their customer so to speak so a big up to the team here. When the general manager I think her name is Lorna, she came out with an umbrella to keep me dry as I was getting wet while explaining the problem to the workshop manager. I hope the bigger boss sees this.Service: Body & Trim
