The food was good, plenty of it. Although I ordered a burger with spicy sauce and jalapenos. Jalapenos were raw with no spice. Also sauce had no heat to it either. Apart from that it was nice

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Ridiculously expensive for what it is, for the same money you can go to a proper restaurant with table service and proper food. General atmosphere was weird, for some reason all the staff were shouting at each other like it was a construction site. They don't even come and clean your table, I had to get some napkins and wipe mine down, which is a joke when you think how much you are paying. Milkshake is the only saving grace.

I love the milkshakes and chips here! Always get served pretty quickly but as it isn't table service you have to stand around to wait for your food before going to a table however it is nice to know that your food is cooked to order! The staff are generally friendly and helpful. I have recently had an experience when my friend's order was wrong and they were great sorting out the mistake and were really apologetic and it makes all the difference to your visit when you don't have to make a fuss when there is a mistake.

Can't fault it. Great food, great service. Despite the 'fast food' vibe, just make sure you know that you know that you're not paying McD's prices.

An absolutely brilliant burger joint. It keeps that American feels with good music and décor. The food is always fresh and the service is always on point. The milkshakes are also fantastic.
