Terrible service - we ordered from their website and received confirmation order. 2 hours later when we phoned them to ask where the food was, they said there was a technical problem meaning they didn't receive orders from their website. Our money had already been taken at this point.
They then dispatched our order and an item was missing. When we phoned up to get this resolved they refused to admit it had been on the order (it definitely was, and we had forwarded them the order email) and they refused to refund the money. Spectacularly bad customer service.

Very disappointed indeed, it took over two hours to arrive and was completely cold, they had missed the chips off the order and the drink wasn't ever the discribed size. It looks as though their service has deteriorated over the last year. Not somewhere I would recommend using!

Ordered shish kebab and ate in. The kebab was delicious and really clean. Really enjoyed it and would recommend.

Service was poor - Our order through their website was not received resulting in a 2.5 hour wait for food. Some or our order was also missing and after calling they refused to refund or deliver the rest. Would not recommend.

Just ordered delivery through deliveroo. Got a call from olive tree saying they don’t have the dessert we ordered or any desserts at all for that matter. We asked what we can swap it for and the guy on the phone didn’t really explain anything or give us any options. So we just said two cans of coke, which ended up costing less than what we had paid. Food has arrived and burger is disappointing and garlic bread completely burnt. Won’t be ordering again. Oh well.
