Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered to a friend on the Monday. We mistakenly had the wrong number house and I was left a voicemail asking to call them back. Few hours later I was able to return the call to apologise for the mistake and spoke to a very friendly man on the phone. He was able to laugh at the situation and even better, he had managed to find the correct address before I did! Absolutely amazing service and the flowers are beautiful. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Threatened police involvement after flowers delivered to the wrong flat and we couldn't get hold of neighbours, very upsetting. Paid twice for v. mediocre bouquet.

Exceptionally easy to use and cleverly designed website. Beautiful flowers delivered fresh and on time to London! The flowers were well received and truly appreciated by our receptionist on her retirement. Thank you Fishlocks for making her last day with us as special as she deserved. We even got tears of Joy!! We would recommend Fishlocks to family, friends and business associates all day long!

Ordered bouquet to be delivered for special birthday from the main outlet.l asked for something unusual and was advised to let the florist decide on the style from the flowers available on the day of delivery. I had asked for a £50 bouquet and was reasonably happy with the flower choice but not with the amount. I am relieved I hadn't made a less expensive choice if this is what you get for your money. I also think that £7.50 delivery is a bit pricey, they could have been sent in a taxi for less.
