I came to ask some discreet help on a common issue. The “pharmacist” didn’t know what my condition was, despite it affecting 10-20% of UK adults I wrote it down in a piece of paper but she still made me read it out loud for her so she decided to ask her colleague in the back of the store, in a perfectible audible volume for everyone in the store to hear. If you care about your privacy stay away from this place. unprofessional is the only way I can describe the service I received today
Georgie was wonderful in helping to organise a prescription which had been rejected by doctor's surgery. Staff are generally polite and helpful, and it's useful that they send texts when prescriptions are ready. Fishers also deal with my mother's prescriptions, which are usually delivered to her very promptly.
Excellent service, really long opening times. Get a text when prescription are ready for collection. Do need to update their messaging service to tell you when they are out of prescribed medication. But other than that, very good
Bedlam. Lost a vital prescription for my child. Denied it. After 4 calls it subsequently appears. Can hear the guy shouting at other staff. Rude me me like I AM the inconvenience. Total waste of time and so unnecessarily dramatic and sarcastic on the phone. Useless. avoid.
Came in yesterday to get medicine walked out with a illness the Lady behind the counter kept coughing constantly then proceeded to cover her mouth with her hands and then touching everything I bought with no mask on now today iv got the coughs its ridiculous Sort yourselves out. You expect to get medicine to heal your illness in a pharmacy not to get another one
Georgie and the team were an absolute treasure. Really great service all around! They helped me fulfil a prescription before the Bank Holiday weekend as I'd just run out. And they did it all with a smile, even though the store was packed. Great local support.
I've always been generally happy with this chemist, everyone seems to be quite nice and helpful. Even recently I managed to get additional care from the pharmacist on Sunday with a service that they don't usually provide on weekends, which I'm really grateful for:
For the last 7 years, I've been getting my son's medicine from Fishers and can say without a doubt, they are great! Always helpful and brilliant customer service. My son's medicine has to be ordered in and Fishers have always gone out of their way to make it possible that my son never goes without... occasionally have done the impossible!! I deal with them at least once a month and have never had a negative encounter, hence the five star.
Georgie is so incredibly helpful. The best pharmacy I have dealt with having used many as my parents aged.
Had my first visit there today for my Covid and Flu vaccinations. I was genuinely impressed with how well organised and friendly it was. Both the receptionist and Pharmacist were so kind and helpful. If only other places were like this. Highly recommended.
