What a lovely shop I was served by a really nice lady. I bought a peice of haddock and a salmon quiche for my fussy pescatarian daughter. What a treat we enjoyed both. I also bought some samphire to go with my fish it tasted fresher and not as salty as when I have purchased it from the supermarket. I will be definatly be returning here.
We made a special trip to Pateley Bridge to visit this fresh fish shop. We bought a Whitby crab for our tea for £5.99. When we emptied the crab out to dress it, it weighed only two and a half ounces and was not enough for two people. We will not be returning.
I popped in today on a whim and what a surprise! Very friendly and helpful people and a fantastic array of fish and seafood. I was after some dressed crab and Kath gave me two from her secret stash. The king scallops look almost too good to eat! Hope you liked the secret tip about scallop roes.....
Lovely well stocked fish mongers, sadly not many of them left in the UK. Very reasonable prices for the quality.
Took my own dish to Fish With A Twist and Kath filled it to make stunningly fabulous fish pie! I live very close .. I'll be back
Cant hav a better covid tea than your fabulous fish pie it's hard in lockdown but tuffing it out stay well kath x
