The staffs are all very friendly and the price for meal is reasonable. The fried chicken and chips are quite large but can’t get old of them. It’s a pity that there’s only one table to seat so sometimes can’t eat inside.
I’ve been coming here for many years and they have never disappointed me, whoever decided to have a fish and chip shop and a chicken shop in one is a genius, can’t get more British then that. The food is amazing, would recommend to anyone.
Very good prices and portions, chicken wings nice flavour but very greesy, fish I need to try eat in because wasn't crispy anymore when I get home 10min. Overall I can recommend and will be back.Food: 4/5

Ever since I moved to london, this place has been my favourite. Love their fish n chips, their meal deals. And the staffs are super friendly. I am an asian so I always ask for chilli sauce for that spicy flavour and they are quite generous with it. Very friendly staff. Clean and busy place. Fast service. Everyone loves their food.
I’m from the States and love fish and chips. My London family moved in Shepherds Bush and we were looking for a good local fish and chips place. After 4 weeks of trying to convince them to try F&C since they were nearby I was successful. It didn’t hurt that it was my birthday and I got to choose what was for dinner. After a miscue about the time our dinner was suppose to arrive and a call to the shop to check on our order, the meal arrived piping hot. The food was delicious but one of the four meals we ordered was missing. After waiting 20 minutes to get through my son-in-law finally got a person on the other end who refused to help us resolve the issue and said, “He, assuming the boss, didn’t know who he was and that he could be anybody and he didn’t care because they were busy!” Despite the fact my son-in-law referenced his first call, described the order and did so politely SO if you want decent fish and chips but don’t care about customer service and how you are treated then I STRONGLY recommend Fish & Chic. Unfortunately, they’ve lost our business and won’t be recommended to any friends or family in the area. I hope this review was worth the meal bought that they rudely refused to make good on. Looking for a new fish and chips shop…
