This place used to be really good but lately it has become worse and worse. Portion sizes are ridiculously small and prices have also shot up. Food also isn't as fresh and nice as it used to be. I'd recommend you avoid....don't waste your money like I did.

i'v been eating here for a long time and only had a problem once over the past 9 years iv always found the staff to be helpful. iv read some of the reviews from people its normal to have bad experiences but some of them i just don't believe. i would recommend to anyone who passes by here the fish is cooked fresh and the guy with blues eyes is very funny.
The price has increased but the quality of food did not follow. The Price has changed a lot since the last time I have came here. They can do better as its perfectly located near the school and university.
Great for fresh fish lovers. Not had a issue with them yet, and hopefully never! Best for take out, and the chips are better quality for the money than the kebab.
By far the cleanest fish & chip shop I've ever walked into. Friendly staff. The owners are Turkish I think and are really friendly and polite. Food is always cooked fresh as they are a busy place and never have things like chips sitting for hours. Sometimes it can take a bit of time to get served, but that shows the popularity of the establishment. This is the best place for fish and chips in the area. Apart from F&C's they are also a kebab shop, where you can get babbi's burgers and even a pickled egg. Again the most noticeable thing about the place, is that from the front door to the preparation tops and the kebab meat rotators, this is the cleanest chip shop in London. Thanks C.
