Used this chip shop for many years and just lately the prices have gone up and that's fine in the current climate. The disappointing thing is that with the price increase the quality has gone down massively. Today I paid what I can only describe as a fortune in return for a third of a portion of chips with a smattering of cheese, furthermore it was luck warm and greasy. To add insult to injury the lady who owns the establishment was even more rude to me and other customers than she had ever previously been. Good effort guys I was charged £5 for the attached pic with a can of cheap pop.

Unbelievably rude staff the costomer service is abysmal they have always been rude since I have lived here. I'm half deaf and I couldn't hear what she was saying I said sorry I didn't catch that then she snaps at me saying I'm clearly talking to myself I then said to I'm sorry I'm half deaf and walked out i will not be going back.

I use this place whenever we visit our daughter and have to say there food is second to none, staff always lovely too I'd recommend you try it if you haven't already you'll be glad you did.Food: 5/5

Really shouldn't advertise online that they are open until 1.30 if it's going to be closed at 12.50... wasted journey

Excellent fish and chips with very good batter.  Parking: Located outside the shop front but off main road

I remember going to the Fish & Chip shop at Everingham Road, Cantley as a child, teenager and now an adult.  It has never changed in that the quality and price has always been excellent.  I recommend a visit.
