The early 265 bus did not arrive this morning and the next one was late so I was more than an hour late for work And nobody at FirstBus cares.

This bus operator has too much Monopoly in other words to much control of public transport needs to be more flexible to customers needs regarding times and routes

The buses are often not on time, the drivers are rude and unhelpful. Some drivers don't accept disabled person's bus passes and the buses are generally dirty!
