This is a typical style but small bus station by comparison to other City Centre bus stations.nnThere is no parking or drop off point that I could see. I found it very difficult to drop friends off who were heading off to Heathrow airport by coach.
Bus always late, if I bus is expected to leva at 17:10 they’ll open the door at 17:15
A good regular timetable BUT the drivers are often grumpy old codgers.nA smile and gentle braking would be appreciated.nSecondly, the staff and customers who smoke everybody out in front of the bus station is revolting. Please choose a designated area away from the public. Around the back for example.
Buses are never on time, drivers too busy trying to find their next smoke break.
Doors didn't open when the bus was 3 minutes out, the bus staff enjoyed laughing that we had missed our bus and informed us there was a taxi station at the railway. Lived in Bath for 13 years and have never had anything but awful experiences with first bus.
