Annoyed that the cashier would only take 6 of my carefully counted and bagged up £2 and 20p coins, only to smugly tell me that any post office would take up to £250 with a debit card. Would see through it if I had a wheelbarrow full of random coins, but I had 12 bags and I wanted to lodge them into my account there. Madness. Also why take 6 bags if there is such a strict "5 bag policy". Ridiculous. Other than this experience I have previously had no issues or faults. .

Awful.place. couldnt believe it when I saw shoppers coming with their shopping trolleys from Sainsburys next door.  There is an open shutter to walk in and out!  So impersonal.  Staff not interested.  .

Closed for an hr each day and not open at weekends. Always a long wait with one staff at the counter. 2 stars for actually being clean.

Staff completely incompetent and cannot be bothered with customers deliberately forcing them to wait an average of 25 minutes. Can't even say hello or thank you. Horrible bank.
