Can't wait to switch from this bank. Absolute joke, told me I need online banking to use my card online and it still isn't working after 5 days. The transfers don't send when they should and the bank itself is slowly ran and there is always someone at the door with a problemthey are cleaning, power down etc.. It never ends and with no apology or solution by the staff who seem to not want to be there at all. Best about it, after returning you still have to call back about the same problem to be told to go back to the bank!! Useless, should be closed down!!!
Appalling 'service'....one ATM in Derry to lodge money and yet again this weekend it's not working, this is so frustrating as the weekend is the only chance I get to lodge my money. I've complained about this to staff and the reply was that 'young ones mess with it'....I kid you not!! It's out of order almost every weekend, ridiculous how we're being treated by these banking institutions
Owen Mor nursing home in Derry is substandard, filthy, and badly managed. Worst care home in the north of Ireland.
It is ONLY ONE branch in Derry - additionally open ONLY OUTSIDE office hours with 1 HOUR OF BREAK. With cash mashing lodgement function which is not working at the moment. How people can sort their issues out without taking a day of holiday - unacceptable. Covid has been an excuse for this branch I.e. cleaning inside within opening hours - why not done after opening hours? Surrounding banks are even open in Saturdays to meet customers’ needs. BOI da Vinci branch has been worsening since covid hits. Very disappointed.
Very friendly staff great location and lots of other stores to visit
Queue at bank for 15 mins need more openings and staff on to serve customers
Nice clean building, easy access
Great service if you have any money.
