I recently downloaded the new app to manage my accounts, as I don't live in the city anymore. Staff were really helpful explaining the service to me, it was so easy to set up (unlike some online banks). The added security features of the online service are great, a much more efficient, secure and convenient way to bank with the CU. I'd highly recommend this new service.

Ridiculously unhelpful. Absolutely reluctant to help customers in any way over the phone. 

If you don't have your 6 digit account number and 6 digit pin, you're screwed basically. 
Staff won't give information on the phone and direct you to their app. Which doesn't work without a registered mobile number. But if you don't have a number, the app tells you to call the CU.
When you call the CU to sort this out they just send you to their website. 

Constant running around in circles and getting anything done unless you're stood in the branch is like pulling teeth.
