Been using this firm for over 13 years. I always check prices on renewal with other brokers & firms and in over a decade First Point have never been beaten. Not only is the price always right - the customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Ask for Sharla who is always very helpful and professional.

I have used First Point Insurance now for a number of years, initially with my motor insurance requirements but also of late, with our household insurance also. On all occasions I have found them extremely polite, efficient and transparent with all of their premiums/renewals and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

First Point offer a really seamless experience - they did the research and provided options that were tailored to my requirements - I have two cars that I wanted on the same policy. I looked at a comparison quote and First Point was well ahead of them. With this level of thoroughness I feel confident that the policy I have is the best I could have and will certainly use them again. My advisor, Kim Martin was wonderful; friendly, well informed and let me take my time to mull over the options. A fantastic service.

I have been with First Point for many years. One year I did compare their prices and decided for the sake of £10 it was definitely not worth it. I have always been really impressed with the service I have received. This is the first year in all the time I have been with First Point that I have dealt with anybody different as my contact had left. I need not have worried. Kim, who is now dealing with my policy, has been lovely. Also very patient! Nothing has changed with the amazing service. The ethics within the company must be excellent and taken on by their staff.
