Unhelpful, Rude and biased - I've called everyday since moving out last month and still have yet to receive my deposit back. No one has made me feel like they care to get it resolved either. In fact i'd go as far as to say they begrudge me calling, Countrywide will make false promises to ensure you move into a property and then once you sign a contract they will no longer uphold those promises.  Though they would never verbally admit this, they 100% side with the Landlord As that's where they make money Over disputes and claims made when it comes to retrieving your deposit back. Borderline making out i'm a liar and challenged everything i had said against the Landlord claims. They then stopped this once i had provided photo evidence which supported my claim.  Avoid this estate agents like the plague or you will end up paying the price.

Absolutely superb service from these guys! Peter Thorpe helped us when we where turned down by 4 brokers and 6 banks for a remortgage! Popped into Taylor's in Northampton to get some advise about possible selling our shared ownership property, as I couldn't find any other way to repay back monies owed. Peter Thorpe literally did the impossible! Went way past the call of duty and we ended up, paying back all of our loans plus buying the share in our house belonging to the housing association, while getting a new motgage which we pay less than our original mortgage! Amazing! Thankyou guys!!
