I went to First Mortgage with no idea on how to get started with the application for a mortgage. Danielle was really patient, explained absolutely everything very clearly and offered great advise for how to go about choosing a place to buy. For me the most important thing was that there was no sway or encouragement to go with a particular provider, i was given the information and was able to judge for myself which would be the best option. 

I didn’t get my home/life insurance through Danielle but she went through some great options which I’d recommend eveyone consider - if for anything, so the process is made that little bit easier. 

Highly recommend for any first time buyer, I got the keys to my new flat today and can’t actually believe how simple it was made.

This is the second time I have remortgaged with First Mortgages at Dunston. Very professional and competent. Paul is very good and making it all seem very simple, making sure you understand things and get the best deal for you. The team progress things quickly and make it all look seamless (even when the solicitors are doing their best to over complicate things!). Would definitely recommend and will have no hesitation in using their services again.

Would definitely recommend using first mortgage for help in buying a home, we had almost given up hope of being able to buy until a friend mentioned using first mortgage. Helped every step of the way, were always available to answer questions and even helped with arranging home and life insurances.
