These people are charlatans.I bought a structural insurance policy from them for my new build.They had it underwritten by Alpha who then went bust.Have tried to get CRL to quote me for replacement cover but I am getting no response despite trying for months.It is disgusting they way they have behaved.Tony Cunningham Newcastle
