Never on time, you wait more than 30 mins for any bus, then a bus turns up saying “Not in service” Then you have to wait for another 30mins. They have made a routine. Customer getting late from work or anywhere they don’t care. Poorly designed routes ans their timetables. You set off one hour early for 3 miles distance and still you are late. Worse service than in underdeveloped countries.
630 Service. What a joke. On a regular basis the 630 Tyersal bus never appears. One missing for many hours on Friday = 40 min wait. Saturday the same during the morning, afternoon seems to have had no bus at all for hours. Try to find out anything at the Interchange and you get told, via a speaker on the wall, that there are no drivers. Waiting up to 1 1/2 hours is not my reading of a bus SERVICE. One star is over the top. it wont let you post if you don't click on !
614 service Shipley to Thackley. On an evening the service turning to awful. 50/50 chance bus is either there, seriously late, or cancelled. Now happy to walk home. Hope it hurts First, and the council if they are subsidising a joke service.
618 at 15:28, Need to teach your driver some sort of manners, the way he spoke to my 13 year old daughter cause she couldn’t hear him threw the plastic shield not happy at all. other then today had no problems with the drivers.
Got on some business today going to Bradford then Leeds and my girlfriend is in wheelchair some driver was very helpful but one wud not let her on bus has he said there was wheelchair on but there was no wheelchair on or pram I told him and he just shut door and off he went very disgusting
Extremely poor service to Halifax. Buses never come on time. Today, I lost my job because I couldn't get there by time. Very very very poor service. Shame on you.
In my previous rating I gave 3 stars, however I feel they should get a 5 now, always striding to make passenger comfort a main priority with the equipment they have, their drivers are friendly and helpfull most of the time and recently, they have been very punctual vast improvement from before! Keep up the good work!
686 Bradford to brighouse and vice versa constantly cancelled this service seems to be picked on. Not only that sometimes 2 are cancelled in a row. Sooner first buses is put in public hands the better.
Horrible bus drivers, as soon as door shut they won't allow anyone else in! Can't be bothered just to open door again! Unreliable and atrocious service.
Buses never on time so why have a times table had more than one drive straight pass me even though I'm sticking my had out at bus stop there turn GPS signal off so you can't track them on the app when it comes to complaining NOTHING changes sick of paying for bus passes and end up having to get taxis to work terrible company
