I needed to obtain a new key for my car, as I had damaged my key, trying to unlock my car during the recent sub zero temperatures. I contacted Aston's Auto Locksmiths, who advised me that they could get someone to me the following day to provide a replacement key. Ian advised me of the time of his call and arrived 10 minutes before expected. He had a new key ready for me within 30 minutes. What an exceptional service! Ian was courteous and professional throughout and kept me informed throughout. Absolutely brilliant customer service. I was advised by my local Ford dealership that they would not be able to look at replacing my key until 19/01/2023 and that I would have to leave my car with them for a full day! I need my car for work. Ian completed the work at my home address and at a cheaper cost. Well done Aston's. What an exceptional service. I would highly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Thank you so much.
Everything about this company is what service should be like. From the initial phone call, the lady I spoke to was so helpful. She called me back within five minutes with the answer to my question. Scott the technician called me to confirm he was coming and arrive on time. He was also exceptionally helpful and cheerful, which is rare these days. I can honestly say, from start to finish, my experience with Aston Access has been five star. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. These guys have got it right. Ian - Civic From the moment I contacted this company to waving Ian off after completing the job, the service was friendly and professional. Ian rang to say he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. He was brilliant and did the job brilliantly, leaving me relieved and pleased to have contacted these locksmiths. I would certainly use them again and will recommend them to friends.
A prompt and friendly service from Aston's. Great communication with Louisa to get booked in. New key fob made and programmed by Scott. He gave me a call when he was 30 minutes away so I knew when to expect him. Able to pay by card on completion. An all round good experience from start to finish. So grateful to this company. I purchased a top of the range Lexus but the previous owner had lost the spare key. Nobody in the west midlands could produce one for me and I had heard main dealers would want around £500. Chris was helpful from the start, promised to do his best to help and started researching. He subsequently said he could sort it for me. Sure enough after about 1hr in his very well equipped workshop van/ office he replicated the transponder and cut the key blade too. We made sure everything worked and I paid him the agreed price. Great job done. Well done Chris! Highly recommended. Very skilled and very helpful guy.
Just had a spare created for my car and I used Aston's based on the good reviews seen here. I can say they are all valid, the whole process was straightforward and easy. From booking in with Louisa to the work done by Scott, everything was simple and well explained. Well recommended.
Its easy to see why this company have good reviews. My initial phone call was answered promptly and I got an appointment at my house the next day. Ian came at the time he said and cut and programmed a new key for my Fiesta which works perfectly.
Spare 'Intelligent' key for my Nissan X-Trail. I hardly ever write reviews and the ones I have, have never ever been a well deserved 5 Stars. Excellent service. Ian kept me up to date with when he would be with me Land-rover key It's great that you're able to come out to me. Reasonable price for a great service. Would definitely recommend!
Called and spoke with Louisa, very helpful and friendly as we are out of catchment area, quoted price s based on with replacement keys or not which was fine. Ian came next day and was fantastic, didn't give up as our Chrysler was an much older model and he got in, keys not in car so 2 new keys supplied! A+ recommend to anyone.
