First Choice Aquatics

I had Randy at First Choice move my aquarium after we moved to the area. Long story short, while I was away on vacation prior to the move, my set up lost power and I lost everything in my reef. I had to drain the water and start all over. I basically wanted to throw it all out, but figured I’d give it one last try. Randy did a complete rehaul, and cleanup of my system to got me up and running. The pictures speak for themselves before and after. I will update once the water clears and the the tank is restocked. They were very clean, professional and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Super amazing! Never thinks you are crazy for caring about your pet fish. Very knowledgeable. Never puts profit first. Fish matter too. I switch my business here. Personality goes a long way. Plus the store is fun to just walk around. Thank you for your continued help with my ever changing tank.

Love salt water tanks and all the sea life! Went to FirstChoice Aquatics and was amazed and excited to see all the choices to start my adventure of setting up a saltwater fish tank. I met Randy who was incredibly helpful and excited to get me started. So my adventure began and continues. Randy provided assistance in setting up the tank, keeping it clean and with selecting the marine life. He explained everything! I love my tank and spend hours enjoying my critters. So do my grandchildren! I continue to visit the store to see what’s new and what I can add to my tank. So… get moving if you are excited about sea life for your home. First Choice Aquatics is my only choice for anything related to my son’s aquarium. Randy’s knowledge and customer service is first-rate, and his care for his fish and his customers is obvious. He recently guided me and my son through an aquarium upgrade and the results have been fantastic! I’d recommend First Choice Aquatics to the world.

Visited First Choice Aquatics for the first time a week ago in search of some Pearl Gouramis. I was immediately greeted by Randy who told me that he didn’t currently have any, but took my name and phone number and said that he would try to order them for me. Based on experiences at other stores, I figured I would never hear from him. Well, today I got a call from Randy telling me that he had received the fish and I could stop by and pick them up. What a pleasure to deal with someone who actually does what they say they will do! The store and tanks are immaculate and the fish are happy and healthy. Obviously great customer service. drove an hour away to this store, horrible selection of coral the racks were empty and prices were very high. staff walked right by me and didn’t ask me if i needed help. not very pleased. had bought from them in the past at Reef - A - Palooza and their stand was nice. can’t believe i just wasted my time the staff needs to be taught customer service help this is my response to the owner, i had to ask one of the employees 5 times for help. walked right past me a few times before i asked the first time. he was helping someone at the time so i waited. then had to ask a few more times before i had u come out and talk to me. cmon man this ain’t rocket science

Very nice clean shop with a great selection and impressive overall setup. The 2000 gallon ray/shark tank in the center is awesome. The service was quick and friendly. Prices seem good too. The goby I got is doing great and the copepods were all alive and very active, so the bottle was clearly very fresh and correctly handled. This is by far the nicest place I have been to for fish/corals. I will definitely be visiting again next time I need anything for my tank. Well worth a visit if you have an aquarium or plan to set one up.

This is BY FAR the best fish store I have ever been to. Randy, the store owner, is knowledgeable and passionate about the fish that he has. He is also incredibly friendly and helpful. I am a new fish owner, and he took the time to explain everything that I needed. The tanks at the store are IMMACULATE, and the fish seem super happy and not stressed. You can tell he puts a lot of effort into his store. I also adore the touch tank that he has set up with all of the eels and sharks. Why go to an aquarium when you can just stop by FirstChoice aquatics to see unique fish, sharks, and eels? I will 100% be going again when I get my tank set up. I HIGHLY recommend! Best fish store in the area!!!!!
