Today I waited for 45 minutes for a range of different buses that never showed. I arrived at the stop at 16:30 and only got on a bus at 17:18. Buses were shown to be on their way via the electronic screen and the timetable. This delay meant I was late to my first shift at a new job. I sincerely hope this improves, thanks

Today I contacted First bus about an incident that happened over the weekend a no 75 bus driver reversed into our workplace in Glasgow doing a u turn in doing so they have damaged the bus possibly the sump spilling oil everywere . And as of yet not responded . Clearly unaware of the incident ... the management responded swiftly to clean the mess
Excellent service from the lost property office, and the driver of the 500 airport express who returned by bag to the depot. No thanks to First Group national call centre who wouldn't give out the Glasgow Depot number.
Bus driver of No 19 ...Derek ...bus driver from easterhouse to Glasgow, he was very helpful when granddaughter lost her bus pass, he knew it was on a previous bus and took the trouble to find it and return it to her 4 days later. Big shout out to Derek for this, very much appreciated.

CALEDONIA RD. FLATS There has been NO time schedule at this BUS STOP FOR ATLEAST 6-8 WEEKS. ALSO BUSES NOT SHOWING UP.. 5-6 P.M. BUSES back to GARAGE. CALEDONIA
I have a bad experience almost every time I'm forced to use this atrocious bus service. Yesterday I bought a Night ticket on the FirstBus app. When I tried getting on the bus it kept rejecting it, and the bus driver couldn't explain why. Regardless, he forced me to buy another ticket so all in all I ended up spending £8.70 for a 10 minute bus journey. I'm currently trying to phone their customer services department, but naturally no one's answering.
